The stiletto-loving reality star tottered out in a pair of sky-high perspex high heels on Thursday, and while she showed little pain in her face, her feet did all of the talking.

The heavily pregnant star wore a clingy white shift dress for the afternoon outing.
The attire was a similar design to a black frock she had slipped into earlier this month to promote her clothing line in Dallas, Texas.
Kim's dress featured what appeared to be an attached matching white cape and of course, her stilettos.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wore her hair out in a straight style and had her usual smoky eye and nude lip combination applied for make-up.
She was joined by her more jovial mother Kris Jenner, who beamed at her daughter as she surveyed her outfit.

Kris, 57, was also wearing white in the form of a white blazer.

And it seems that recent reports could be the reason behind the reality star’s distinctly sombre mood.

Kim allegedly doesn’t want to accompany Kanye on tour with the baby because it will complicate his or her schedule, particularly when it comes to feeding.

And staying in Los Angeles is not just good for the baby, but also for Kim’s paypacket.
