She revealed in a recent interview that she has struggled to maintain her body confidence throughout her pregnancy.
But one thing Kim Kardashian doesn't want to lose when she gives birth is her boosted pout.
The 32-year-old star shared a picture of her plumped up lips on Twitter on Tuesday, writing: 'My pregnancy lips are outta control #IGuessNotABadProblemToHave.'

The image showed Kim pouting her lipgloss covered lips at the camera.
It's not the first time Kim's enhanced pout has been noticed by her fans. In March, Kim shared a video on her Keek page which immediately sparked speculation among her fanbase.
One viewer wrote: 'Why do your lips look 10x bigger than usual?'

However, a further viewer contended: 'The reason she's so swollen is because she's pregnant. She is one of the most beautiful women in the world.'

Meanwhile, Kim has once again spoken about her pregnancy curves, insisting that she chooses outfits for comfort rather than style.

She said: 'It's funny because people comment saying, "Don't wear tight things," but anyone who has been pregnant knows it feels so secure being held in, and wearing something tight and supportive.'

Kim is currently in Paris, France, visiting her boyfriend Kanye West alongside her mother Kris Jenner.

And while jetsetting has been a regular part of Kim's schedule throughout her pregnancy, Kim revealed that the trip to France will be her last flight before she welcomes her child into the world.

She wrote on her blog: 'My final trip before I can’t fly anymore! My mom and I flew to Paris to soak in the amazingness Paris has to offer before I can’t travel any more!

'We were doing some baby shopping and checking on our place here before heading to LA for a while.'
