On Friday, pop superstar Lady Gaga took the promotion of her upcoming single, Swine, to a whole new level as she donned a pig's snout to greet fans.
Emerging from a London recording studio late at night after a long day of rehearsals for Sunday's iTunes Festival, the quirky star has fans doing a double take with her rubber nose and black baseball cap, which featured cute pig's ears.

The star has clearly grown attached to the piled-high blonde-and-pink wig that she's been modelling in London as she promotes her new album, ARTPOP.
Earlier that morning, the entertainer strutted her stuff in the mermaid-inspired hair piece as she walked outside her hotel.

The competition has become fiercer since the New York native started out just a handful of years ago. Katy Perry, who is also known for displaying odd hair fashion, also has an album coming out, titled Prism, which debuts October 22.

The singer seemed very pleased with the attention and smiled often.
And in true star fashion, she never took off her sunglasses.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star - who has so far not commented on her alleged marriage troubles - has now posted two self-portraits to Instagram in the past few days.
The images follow weeks of troubling allegations about her husband's drug abuse and the pair's serious marriage issues, culminating in his DUI arrest on Friday.
The NBA star was pulled over just before 4am for driving too slow at 50mph on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley.
He did not immediately respond to police, passing three exits and driving erratically, TMZ reports.
He then allegedly failed numerous field sobriety checks but refused all chemical tests, according to police.
He was then taken into custody at Van Nuys police station on $15,000 bail but was released from custody at 8.30am.
According to Radar Online Lamar was making his way to his bachelor pad in downtown Los Angeles at the time.
Meanwhile, new reports reveal that less than a week before Lamar's DUI arrest, he was involved in a three-car collision on the exact same freeway.
The crash was not reported to authorities, however a journalist for the Los Angeles Times has claimed that his car was rear-ended by another vehicle hit by Lamar's white Mercedes on Saturday.
The LA Times claims the incident took place around 6pm and the journalist named Adolfo Flores alleges that Odom became reluctant to hand his insurance details over.

It is the latest twist in a worrying time for the basketball player, who has allegedly battled an addiction to 'Oxycontin and crack cocaine' for two years.

Loyal wife Khloe is apparently desperate to 'save' her husband from his alleged drug problems and work through their marital woes.
A source has said: 'She is in love and does not want a divorce.'

Both have been pictured with their wedding rings on separate outings this week.

Khloe reportedly staged an intervention earlier this month, but the meeting didn't go as planned and Lamar vanished, but was later tracked down to a hotel in Los Angeles.

He returned to his L.A. home on Monday after staying away for several days.

Khloe apparently kept the details of her marital problems a secret from most members of family, and insiders say they were 'shocked' to learn of the extent of the issues. Los Angeles - Miley Cyrus' MTV Video Music Awards performance has been defended by its creative director.

Diane Martel - the woman behind the videos for We Can't Stop and Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines - has insisted she fully supported the former Hannah Montana star "being over the top" with her suggestive use of a foam finger.

The performance - which saw her grind and perform a twerking routine with Robin whilst dressed in a flesh coloured, latex bikini - has had its critics, but its director saw no problem.

She told MTV News: "Miley had ideas about how she wanted to perform; she was excited to play it mega-campy style.

"For Blurred Lines I decided to use the foam finger and she took it and ran with it. She's into being over the top right now and I'm right there with her."

Diane also blasted people who have criticised Miley for sticking her "tongue out" - suggesting a big "generation gap" - and insisted people should have more important things to worry about.

Miley Cyrus' new album will be called BANGERZ.
The We Can't Stop hitmaker revealed the title of her upcoming fourth studio album on Twitter on Tuesday, after reaching 13 million followers.
The 20-year-old singer hinted at the name of the record as she encouraged more fans to follow her and rewarded them as soon as she reached the milestone on the social networking site, writing: 'If you don't know why my record is called BANGERZ you'll know as soon as you hear it. Nothin but #BANGERZ (Sic).'

The singer recently admitted her record label was worried that she might leak her new music because she loves surprising her fans. 
She previously said: 'We could just leak it. That's what I'm always trying to do.
'I scare my label all the time, because I just want my whole record out right now. I'm ready for people to hear it.'
Despite her eagerness for fans to hear her new music, Miley is still hoping to surprise people.
She said: 'I'm keeping some of the collabs on the down-low.
'That's what was so surprising when We Can't Stop came out - people weren't ready for it, so I want it to be like that.'
Miley also revealed that she doesn't have an exact release date set yet, but her record will be out sometime 'this year.'

According to The Mirror Abbey has signed a lucrative £35,000 a week contract to show off her fancy-footwork when she features with a yet to be determined professional dancer.

Usher's ex-wife files for custody of their children... 24 hours after pool accident left their five-year-old son in coma

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond has filed for custody of their two children following Monday's pool accident which left their five-year-old Usher V in a coma.

Tameka, who divorced the 34-year-old singer in November 2009, filed legal documents on Tuesday asking for an emergency hearing on grounds Usher is allegedly creating a 'dangerous environment' for the children.

According to TMZ, the documents were filed in Fulton County, Georgia, and ask for the hearing to take place later this week.

Tameka is seeking decision-making power over the children's education, healthcare, religion and extracurricular activities.

She is allegedly claiming Usher is 'abdicating' his parental responsibilities by letting other people care for their two children,' report the website.

She is also said to be doubtful of the people Usher leaves in charge of looking after the children - Usher Jr and four-year Naviyd.

Apparently Usher's aunt - Rena Oden - was in charge of watching the youngster when his arm got stuck in the pool drain on Monday which led him to be rushed to intensive care, say TMZ.

Tameka believes that Oden was 'not on the ball' when the incident occurred.

In her documents, she also claims that Usher is '85% of the time out of town' and therefore delegates the care of the children to other people.

According to Tameka, the singer's family members have been looking after her children because The Voice judge continues to fire nannies that were previously on staff.

Usher currently has primary custody while Tameka has limited custodial rights after their split, but now she is seeking to reverse the situation.

Usher Raymond V is currently being treated in the ICU at an Atlanta, Georgia hospital after his arm got caught in the drain of a pool at the star's home early Monday evening.

The incident came just over a year on from the death of Tameka's stepson Kile following a jet ski crash.

The accident happened when the youngster was said to playing in the swimming pool with Usher's aunt Oden, according to TMZ.

After spying a toy in the drain of the pool, he reportedly dove down to retrieve it but his arm got caught in the process.

Seeing Usher Raymond V underwater, Rena immediately swam down to rescue the boy but to no avail.

A maid also tried but failed to help before two men working in the house were said to have rushed out and dove into the pool, finally freeing the boy's arm from the drain.

Usher Raymond V was then reportedly given CPR and rushed to hospital.

His famous father was not home at the time of the incident, but as soon as he was notified, was said to have promptly rushed to his Atlanta property.

He rode in the ambulance with his son and was later joined at the hospital by Tameka, TMZ reports.

The little boy's state is currently described as 'okay' and doctors are reportedly running tests on him.

Meanwhile, the frantic 911 call which Usher's aunt placed to emergency services has now been released and obtained by TMZ.

During the call, Rena can be heard hysterically begging the operator for an ambulance.

'My nephew was in the pool. He went and I couldn't get him. I tried to get him. They did CPR on him,' she is heard saying in the audio.

She is also heard trying to calm Usher's younger brother Naviyd, four, down, all whilst asking the two men doing CPR on little Usher Raymond V, if he was breathing.

She then reports to the dispatcher that the youngster is in fact breathing after the CPR.

'Is he OK?' she asks the men. 'He's breathing', she is then heard telling the operator.

When the ambulance does arrive whilst Rena is on the line, little Naviyd is heard saying that his brother is 'faking it' to which Rena bluntly tells him: 'He is not faking it, come here.'

The terrifying turn of events come after Usher's 11-year-old stepson Kile Glover died over a year ago, two weeks after he was critically injured in a boating accident.
Kile passed away from the injuries he obtained after being run over on July 6, 2012 by a personal watercraft on Lake Lanier.
The young boy, whose mother is Tameka, was taken off life support by doctors on July 21, who determined that he would not recover from his injuries.
Kile was struck in the head during a jet ski collision while riding an inner tube on the lake in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to authorities, a family friend who was riding a jet ski behind the pontoon lost control and collided with Glover's tube.
Kile was with an unidentified 15-year-old girl at the time of the accident and both children were airlifted to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston.
He was later declared brain dead.
In August last year, Usher was granted primary custody of his two paternal sons, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd, four, both of who he shares with Tameka.
He had been locked in a custody battle with Tameka when Kile passed away.
The singer had been involved in a bitter dispute with his ex-wife over the welfare of the boys, and a judge in Atlanta, Georgia, sided with the star.
The children spent the majority of time with their father, while Tameka retained some custodial rights.

Before the case closed, Usher's attorney labelled Tameka ‘incapable of being a proper parent’ to their children.
He had accused Tameka of trying to interfere with the time he was allowed with their kids under their joint custody arrangement - a charge she denied.
During closing arguments in the case, the legal representative said she ‘does not have the emotional stability or capacity to bond with them, and therefore she is handicapped’.
Tameka's attorney, counter argued that Usher travels all the time and does not have a good relationship with his mother, whom he had testified was part of the family unit that would help take care of Usher V and Navyid when he was on the road.

Rihanna looks like she's ready to break more records, as she celebrates her 20th No. 1 on the US Hot Dance Club chart, putting her in second behind Madonna for the most dance hits.
The Bajan singer swooped in front of Janet Jackson's total of 19, with her single Right Now featuring David Guetta, but is still significantly behind Madonna's record of 43 on the chart compiled by Billboard.
However, Rihanna has already achieved more top ten singles in the shortest amount of time on the Billboard 100 than any other artist (taking that title from Madge herself) so it shouldn't be long before the Diamonds singer does it again.

In the current Billboard 100 chart, Rihanna has achieved similar success, matching The Supremes and Madonna's 12 number one singles with Diamonds back in November 2012, putting her in fifth place behind Michael Jackson's 13, Elvis Presley's 17 No. 1s, Mariah Carey's 18 chart toppers and The Beatles, who have secured 20 singles at the top of the chart.

Not that any chart rivalry is going to change Rihanna's love for the legendary pop star, as the two have been working together over the last year on a 'secret project' which Madge has been teasing her followers with, through a number of photos on a her Instagram feed and a teaser trailer played out during her most recent world tour.

Chelsee added more clashing prints to her birthday look with an oversized Louis Vuitton handbag, while toting a giant weekend bag as she made her way inside the upmarket hotel.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star wore her long ombre locks flowing in loose waves around her shoulders, and completed her ensemble with a cute bowler hat and huge sunglasses.

Evidently excited by the night ahead, Chelsee seemed to be in high spirits as she prepared for her birthday bash, grinning away for the photographers as she made her way inside to beautify herself for the party.

Perhaps the reason for the star's sprightly demeanour was the the fact that she had been inundated with messages from her friends and well-wishers on her special day.
Writing in a series of posts on her Twitter page, she said: 'Hair and make up time, my rooms going to be the party room tonight! Love how everyone's congregated in my room already oi oi #mayfairhotel

Known for suffering the odd fashion fail or two, Chelsee has previously declared she dresses for herself and doesn't care what anyone else may think of her adventurous sense of style.
