Thomas Tuchel, the Bayern Munich manager, has hinted at a Kylian Mbappe reunion and suggested that the "intelligent" PSG player would push a trade.

Thomas Tuchel has raised the possibility of a reunion with Kylian Mbappe, the star player for Paris Saint-Germain, at Bayern Munich the next season.

AHEAD OF TIME? The French sensation is expected to leave the Ligue 1 powerhouses as a free agent in the summer of 2020 after failing to agree to a new contract. Although Mbappe's next move is still unknown, his former PSG coach has stated that he would be happy to work with the Frenchman again. Though Tuchel has hinted that he is prepared to convince Mbappe to go to Allianz Arena rather than Real Madrid, the striker has been mentioned as Real Madrid's most likely future destination.

WHAT THEY SAID: The Bayern manager stated, "Mbappe free next year?," in an interview with Canal+. He will perform for us, yes. All that is known about Kylian is his intelligence. We got along well together. I'll go collect him if he wants to see Bayern myself. He gets what he wants when he wants it."

THE BIGGER PICTURE: For almost two years, the 24-year-old has been Real Madrid's top transfer target. However, a recent report by CadenaSER claims that Los Blancos have chosen to give up on the World Cup winner, which opens the door for Bayern.

Next what? On November 18, Mbappe will be back in action for the French national team as they get ready to play Gibraltar in a Euro 2024 qualifying match.
