On Friday, pop superstar Lady Gaga took the promotion of her upcoming single, Swine, to a whole new level as she donned a pig's snout to greet fans.
Emerging from a London recording studio late at night after a long day of rehearsals for Sunday's iTunes Festival, the quirky star has fans doing a double take with her rubber nose and black baseball cap, which featured cute pig's ears.
This little piggy... Lady Gaga left her London
studio on Friday wearing a pig snout and cute baseball caps with ears,
and with a little pink toy, as she kicks the promotion of new single
Swine into high gear
Showing her appreciation! One lucky fan was on the receiving end of a kiss with the prosthetic-wearing popstar
Dressed in her second outfit of the day, the singer flashed her black lace bra under a black jumpsuit as she signed autographs for her adoring public.
And one admirer certainly got more than he bargained for when the 27-year-old planted a great big kiss on his lips after signing the 'Born this way' tattoo on his chest.
The star has clearly grown attached to the piled-high blonde-and-pink wig that she's been modelling in London as she promotes her new album, ARTPOP.
Earlier that morning, the entertainer strutted her stuff in the mermaid-inspired hair piece as she walked outside her hotel.
She nose how to work a crowd! The Paparazzi
hitmaker certainly proved she has this publicity thing down pat as she
is swarmed by fans ahead of her iTunes Festival performance in the UK on
Sunday
Talk about dedicated! Gaga's adoring fan got her to sign her autograph below his chest tattoo that read, 'Born this way'
The heap of hair was accented by a sexy black cut-out top and skirt matched with dark round sunglasses and very high platform boots.
It's not a shocker that the 27-year-old is trying to look as outrageous as possible. After all, she needs all the attention she can get to help raise hype for her third studio album, which drops November 11.
The competition has become fiercer since the New York native started out just a handful of years ago. Katy Perry, who is also known for displaying odd hair fashion, also has an album coming out, titled Prism, which debuts October 22.
Already Katy is in the lead: her single Roar has been getting more plays than Gaga's new single Applause, per the Hollywood Reporter.
Flashing the flesh: The songstress revealed her
black lace bra under her black jumpsuit, which she wore with her
signature platform heeled boots
I am woman, hair me roar! Lady Gaga shows off her latest zany hairdo while stepping outside her London hotel on Friday
Shock locks: The 27-year-old looks more post
apocalyptic Marie Antoinette than modern-day pop star, but she at least
she doesn't bore
Fans seemed thrilled with Gaga's hairdo,
and gathered around her as soon as she stepped down the stairs of her
hotel. Several admirers leaned in to get a photo of the blonde Medusa
with their iPhones and asked her to sign autographs. Several times she
gainfully posed for photos with loyal followers.
The singer seemed very pleased with the attention and smiled often.
And in true star fashion, she never took off her sunglasses.

Crowd pleaser: Dozens of Gaga's fans gathered to get a closer look at this mane event
Baby's got back: The Bad Romance singer is just
as head-turning from her back side which shows off a mop of
multi-colored tendrils
The wig is hardly a new friend of the
Swine beauty. On Wednesday she took the thing out for an appearance, but
this time attached numerous sea shells to it and added a hat, giving it
a sort of mermaid/Jack Sparrow look.
Clearly, the creative wonder is getting attached to her new hair piece.
Let's hope she takes it out for an encore soon.

Making strides: The singer's showed of a flash of her tiny waist in the cropped top and high-waisted trousers
Another day, same wig: The Grammy winner also
took her wig for a stroll on Wednesday, but this time she decorated it
with sea shells and a feathered hat
